Approval Paths

Create forms in FormWorks with custom approval paths that include one or more approvers.

Use this for stand-alone forms (e.g., Facility Request Form) or those integrated into an application like Student Portfolio, which attaches the form to a student's record. Example: a Discipline Referral Form that a teacher completes and routes it to a Principal.

Only Authors in FormsWorks have the ability to create templates with approval paths.

Add approvers within the Settings section of a Template.

When adding fields to custom forms, designate if approvers have the ability to edit forms after they've been submitted. This has to be done with individual fields.

Approvers receive emails when forms are submitted for approval. Or, they can visit FormWorks and click on Forms and the Approvals button to review Assigned forms and submit them for approval.
