Organizing with Categories


The Categories section under Settings helps organize forms, making them easier to filter, sort, and view.


Steps to Manage Categories


  • Select a Location from the drop-down to view or create categories for the district or individual campuses.

  • Click the Add New icon, enter a name, and click Save to create a new category.

  • Use the small icons to activate/deactivate categories, edit names, or remove them from the list.


Viewing Templates by Category


  • If templates are created using a category, click the blue square next to the category name to view the template titles and associated applications.
