Leadership Report Card
The Leadership Report Card is a 1-page report that provides summary-level or aggregate data for lead4ward TEKS Clusters, or unique bundles of standards for each content area and grade or course. It answers the big question of what are the primary areas of focus in the curriculum for teacher professional development and or student intervention.
Teacher Learning Report
The Teacher Learning Report provides data for each TEKS Cluster, including subclusters and associated Student Expectations. Each Teacher Learning Report also includes the text of key Knowledge and Skills Statements and Student Expectations for more thorough analysis and reflection at the unit or concept and topic level. This report helps to answer the question of what parts of the curriculum students need support.
Standards Report
The Standards Report displays performance at the Student Expectation level – organized by standard type as Readiness, Supporting, Process, and Non-tested. This helps provide evidence of growth, maintenance, or decline that might be found at the standard-type level.
Source Data Report
The Source Data report lists the total number of items from all selected assessments by Student Expectation and TEKS Cluster. Item counts are aggregated at each Checkpoint.
It helps to determine how the item count distribution by Student Expectation and TEKS Cluster affects the reliability of the data within and across each Checkpoint.
Threshold Analysis
The Threshold Analysis Report displays summary results for the percentage of scores at and above 7 possible cut points or thresholds. It answers the question of what is the level of growth or progress (by threshold) you can see on assessments.
STAAR Quintile Performance and Growth Report
With STAAR selected from the Quintile section, generate a report that utilizes STAAR assessment data and distributes students into five equal groups, or quintiles, with an Average percent correct displayed for each quintile. Annual Growth data, including Full Credit, Partial Credit, and No Credit, is displayed for applicable grade levels, and interactive features allow for shading of STAAR performance categories and growth levels for each student, as well as filter options for highlighting student demographic groups.
This helps answer the question of how can leveraging multiple measures of student-level STAAR performance and growth data inform effective instruction and intervention planning.
Quintile Report (Local Data)
To generate quintile reports for local assessments, select TEKScore. This helps drive decisions on how to organize interventions based on quintile groups. Over time, you want to see growth across quintile groups.
Subcluster Intervention Report
From the Teacher section, generate subcluster intervention reports. They display students (by name) into two categories. "Got it" and "Not yet". These are organized by subclusters or specific concepts or topics. Reference the Teacher Learning Reports for specific student expectations bundled with each subcluster. This helps to identify which students need targeted intervention or support in specific parts of the curriculum.
