Student Groups

eLearning:
  • After creating a custom group In Student Portfolio, generate Instructional Reports in State Assessment by using the Groups Tab.

  • To view available groups, first select the Campus, Year, Subject, Curriculum and Test. 

  • Groups (meeting the selected criteria) appear in the Student Groups box.

  • If none exist, a message appears with a green Create Group link. Click that to open Student Portfolio and create new groups by filtering for students, checking next to names, and clicking the green Create Group link.

  • Groups are housed in the Utilities application under Students > Groups; however, it’s faster to filter for students using Student Portfolio. 

  • To search for existing groups, click the Show Groups toggle on the Search page of Student Portfolio. Click on the Settings icon after selecting a group name to rename it or add/remove students.
