Test Key List

Search for existing keys or create a new test.
Click Show 'online keys only' to view keys approved for Online Testing.
Criteria: Choose Subject, Grade, Language, Status, Administration, or Description to filter.
The total number of available tests (based on search) is listed in parentheses (top).
Sort the list from the 'Order by' drop-down menu on the right. (Date, Code, Description).
Click the Find icon to locate test keys by Test ID.
Test Key Icons
The icons to the right of each test key name are for the following actions:
 | View assessments imported from TAG and approved for Online Testing. |
 | Make changes to a test key. Editing for Online Tests is limited to the scoring tab. |
 | Print a test key. |
 | Delete a test key. Tests that have documents scored or online sessions scheduled cannot be deleted. Only DMAC Administrators or the creator of a test key have access to delete keys. |
 | View results from scored documents. |
 | Approve a test key for scanning Plain Paper answer documents. A green check indicates the test is approved. Once approved, no other changes that impact scoring can be made. |
 | Archive or unarchive (restore) a test key. Archiving a key removes it from the list. Search by archived status and unarchive by clicking the arrow icon. |
 | Select the student icon to enable a key for Online Testing or Student Responses. To disable an online test, click the cancel icon. Enabling keys opens a 5-day testing window. Click the icons at any time to enable/disable or schedule sessions using the Online tab of a test key. |
